I’m a food engineer who has experienced in both academic and private sectors. I finished my PhD on Food Engineering. I investigated the antioxidant and antimicrobial properties of encapsulated - unencapsulated polyphosphates in my PhD thesis. I inoculated cooked minced beef samples with Escherichia coli O157:H7, Listeria monocytogenes, Staphylococcus aureus, and Salmonella Typhimurium. I carried out microbiological (pathogens etc.), chemical (lipid oxidation etc.) and physicochemical analyses. I work for an R&D firm.
