Job description: 
During your training period as a Technical Graduate you will apply your technical expertise and leadership potential in delivering the Global Hygienic design program. You will be responsible for delivering elements of the program in conjunction with other relevant groups.
 
You will be expected to interact closely with the different regions and groups in our organization and to lead projects with multifunctional teams.
 
Your success is determined by your capability to develop leadership skills.

Principal Accountabilities
  • Perform prevention activities and issue resolution – providing support to FSQR and Engineering teams in the field of hygienic engineering and design with an emphasis on embedding Cargills Risk based Food safety Zoning model application
  • Participation/lead projects with multifunctional teams – the topic of these projects will be related to hygienic engineering and design and developing leading practices in this field together with multifunctional teams
  • Develops, implements and assesses processes/systems – supporting the development of hygienic engineering and design training materials, one-point lessons and other learning tools
Required Knowledge: 
Required Qualifications:
  • Recent university degree in Food Science (Food Technology, Food Engineering, Foood Microbiology, Food Safety Management Systems)
  • Affinity with and experience in Hygienic Engineering and Design of buildings/installations/processes/equipment
  • Understanding of Food Safety Management and Quality Assurance
  • Willingness to travel and flexibility to relocate to other countries
  • Fluency in English. Knowledge of Dutch and another European language will be a plus
