The EuFooD-STA Webinar "Food Additives - Regulation (EC) Nº 1333/2008 on Food Additives" took place 10 October 2017 at 3:30 PM CEST.

The presenter
The presenter, Ana Oliveira, is graduated in Food Engineering from Universidade Católica Portuguesa (ESB-UCP). She collaborates with Frulact since 2004, first as R&D Technician and Raw Material Specialist and since 2015 as coordinator of Regulatory and Specifications team. Ana is also a member of the Group Food Safety Team.
