You’ll design and develop new and improved packaging concepts and packaging strategies for the current and future products, supported by the R&D facility with emphasis on the materials and structural characteristics of the packaging of finished products. It will also be down to you to lead activities of NPTC projects including resource planning and to industrialize end products of defined quality at a defined time.
Furthermore, you will ensure product quality and safety related to packaging, initiate and supervise packaging tests and create as well as document scientific knowledge as base for the development of innovative packaging properties
The essentials include at least a BSc, MSc or equivalent degree from a Technical College/University, preferably in Packaging, Food or Process Technology, Mechanical Engineering or Material Science. For a senior position we expect several years of experience in packaging of FMCG or packaging material production and a strategic mindset towards innovation.
