• Develop recipes for Honeyrose, Kent & Fraser and own label across all categories, in particular gluten-free
• Manage the commercial aspects of NPD; raw material pricing and detailed time and motion studies.
• Manage key project milestones from concept to launch
• Review existing product quality and production processes as required
• Develop packaging options
• Develop seasonal ranges
• Guide production teams when new product launches
