• Develop and coordinate sales activities for the total product portfolio in the working territory according to the company strategy
• Support clients for successful marketing of the company portfolio
• Provide offers to the clients and arrange for sales contracts
• Ensure good service for the clients around all company products
• Set up sales plan per country and per crop
• Cooperate closely with the international Product Management to select suitable products and get them in trials with our clients
• Analyse the markets and search for new business opportunities
• Deliver the requested regular and specific reports to the head office
• Your office base can be your home office or the company headquarter
• Education in agriculture
• Experience in the seed market
• Good general agricultural knowledge on cereals, maize and/or other crops
• Professional skills in sales and marketing
• Open minded and highly sociable
• High performance based on individual responsibilities
Required languages: Very good in English, preferable additional languages like Spanish or Italian
