Modules:
1. Customer Segments
2. Value propositions and the product/market fit.
3. Stating your hypotheses
4. Channels
5. Customer relationships - Get/Keep/Grow workframe.

The modules will be structured around readings and video lectures, a lecture from Mr. Eliya Elon, and a place for team’s presentations and “lessons learned” sharing with the rest of the cohort.
Each Module will last 3-3.5 hours and there will be a short break in the middle. Outside of lectures Mentoring sessions with Mr. Elon are not a mandatory resource but a very important one to use. Past experience shows that teams who use mentoring hours succeed in a much higher rate than their counterparts.
